Erik Groves has been with
Zakhem Atherton for three
years, and leads the lobbying
efforts for our clients.
Erik has been very successful
working in state politics
and is known as one of the
best young policy analysts
in Colorado. He has worked
on a wide array of issues
including insurance reform,
taxicab regulation, and
DNA testing in the criminal
justice system. Erik has
written several articles
for trade publications on
issues ranging from grass-roots
activism in nonprofits to
the development of succession
plans in a professional
services business. Prior
to beginning his legal career,
Erik worked for several
years doing software engineering
and validation for fiber
optic networks.
